In 2001 Kolsimcha changed its name to The World Quintet and released the CD of the same name on the market in the summer of the same year.
The CD is a sketchbook-like production on which you can follow the transformation from Kolsimcha to The World Quintet very closely. Quintet pieces alternating with orchestral compositions of a wide variety
Styles. Herbert Grönemeyer can even be heard on 'Trauer'.
